EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2010 - ID10 (MUNICIPAL HOUSEHOLD WASTE)
SHALL BE REDUCED TO $89 PER TON

 

SOLID WASTE FLOW CONTROL

On January 15, 2010 the NJDEP certified a Sussex County Solid Waste District Solid Waste Management Plan Amendment to re-establish solid waste flow control for Sussex County generated solid waste.

The USDOT has enacted new regulations effective
January 1, 2010 mandating special preparation for recycling/disposal of Household Batteries.
  The SCMUA must adhere to these regulations.
