Traffic Alert: Road Closures. On Thursday, July 17, 2025 there will be multiple road closures in Sussex Borough and Sparta Township due to a large funeral.
State Highway Route 23 will be closed in Sussex Borough from 930 am until 1 pm in the area of Ryan Rd and Loomis Ave.
State Highway Route 94 in Sparta will be closed from 11 am until 2 pm in the area of White Lake Road and Old Beaver Run Rd.
The funeral procession will start in Sussex Borough and proceed on State Highway Route 23 South onto State Highway 94 South ending in Sparta.
Detours will be posted. All motorists are advised to plan alternate routes.
